5 thoughts we should pay more attention to

  1. Clearly, in the first place: Yourselves! Pay more attention to yourself! Smile at each other in the mirror and recognize your beauty. Give yourself breaks, take care of your health, your lifestyle and Never let yourself get down.
  2. Nobody is perfect! Don't forget that - not even with your family or your partner. Everyone makes mistakes, sometimes you're not paying enough attention, sometimes you're hurtful and didn't want to. Don't take these things too much to heart. Get rid of stressful thoughts!
  3. Oh a compliment! "But today you are nicely dressed" and suddenly you have thoughts like: "The old part", "I don't look pretty in anything" or "Are you serious?" You love let yourself be told, compliments are made to make others happy, to praise and appreciate him. Take itno matter how small it is. You deserve it!
  4. NO! ... we don't have to say yes always and everywhere. We don't have to turn our heads for everything and everyone, and we don't have to worry about everything. We are allowed to say no, and quite deliberately! Pay more attention to your gut feeling, if you feel bad then deliberately refuses. You are worth it!
  5. The last point that I find important: Give your loved ones the attention they deserve. Even if it cracks, is annoying, and sometimes bugs. They are also able to withstand a great deal of stress with us. You push us to keep going, you hold us in deep abysses and you love us unconditionally. Just say, "Thank you for being here."

thoughts

This text was written because of a disgruntled phase on my part. I became aware of what I value and what I can do better. I hope that this text will perhaps make some people aware of something. We don't just have to function, we can do whatever we want.

In this sense,
