There are times in life that bring you to your knees. But we fighters have one crucial quality in common: Giving up is not an option.
By now you know my inclination for colorful outfits, but with this burner I once again broke all boundaries and above all my own. Remember this little piece of wisdom:
Well, actually you can always dress well or not. But you will find that the better you dress on bad days, the easier it is to go outside. I'll show you how I make the rocket at the bottom of my nerves. Namely like that.
Take that, negative spiral of thought!
When you go to the street, to the office or to a stroll through town with a great, thoughtful outfit, make sure how many people you have fun with your look and your charisma! You will get compliments, feel good, find recognition, and all of these factors will ultimately play a role in picking you up and getting you back on your feet.
I know that on bad days you often lack the motivation for everything, but I have found that if I neglect my last straw, my armor, then everything is really lost and it certainly won't get any better for the day. Than get on with your good clothes and out with the tribulation. I can't hear myself wailing anymore!
Magenta on arms and legs in athleisure style
The color magenta for my mediven 550 from is and remains my good mood guarantee medicine With or without a pattern, no dark thought can get past the color without at least a pink cast.
In combination with the bright orange and pink blazers, the endorphins go crazy on my skin and dance rows of rings with the lipedema. It's good that I'm already wearing my sweatpants. Cheers to the athleisure style!
Try it out and pop your very own good mood bomb!
