Recipe idea: the chocolate-chili mousse

A few weeks ago I tried the chocolate chili mousse and was very skeptical at first. Now, however, I really enjoy eating it and hope you enjoy it as well. The dessert is a nice change from the finished mousses that you can usually buy.

Recipe idea: The Chocolate Chili Mousse - ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 avocados
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 110 g honey
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • Fruit of your choice (bananas, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • Almond sticks or dark sprinkles

cook time

It takes about 5 minutes to prepare. The mousse should rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

First cut the two avocados in half and remove both seeds.
Then you can take out the pulp and puree it with the other ingredients with a hand blender. The mousse should definitely be seasoned to taste and then stored in a cool place.

You can layer the mousse with different kinds of fruit and finally sprinkle a few almond sticks or dark sprinkles over here and refine them with them.
