How do I create a nutrition plan?

Today I would like to introduce you to my nutrition plan. It has gradually crept into my weekly planning and now it is serving a very good purpose.

How did I come up with a nutrition plan?

I was often wandering through the supermarkets without a plan and bought groceries as I pleased. As a result, I often spent more money than was really necessary and the food I bought too much turned out to be bad. I have now introduced a nutrition plan. The plan extends over a whole week.

Procedure

  1. First of all, you have to be clear about how long your plan will last or into how many stages you will split a week. For me, it has leveled off to split the plan into two stages. How many stages you divide your plan into should depend on how many days you plan in advance and how often you want to shop during the week.

First stage: Monday - Thursday -> Monday shopping day
Second stage: Friday - Sunday -> Friday shopping day

  1. Next you should think about how exactly you want to plan your diet. The Excel table must be structured accordingly. I have decided to work with a relatively “relaxed” weekly schedule because I don't want to lose my joy in doing it in the long run.
I made a conscious decision against calories. You can still list them there for the beginning to just get a feel for food. If you feel that calorie counting is limiting you too much, please leave it out.
  2. Think about where you keep your nutrition plan. I always pin it on the fridge. So I always have him in view before I have something to eat.

Advantages

  1. Only food that is actually consumed is bought.
  2. You save money.
  3. Time savings (only shop once or twice a week)
  4. Food no longer has to be thrown away so often because it has gone bad.

Maybe I could help one or the other reader with this. I definitely enjoy planning my diet with this and I have a guideline that I adhere to and that I keep repeating Safety gives.

Design your nutrition plan the way it works best for you, but be careful that you don't fall into too strict a pattern.

Therefore I am writing about all my new experiences with lipedema.
