It won't be long until the first festival of this year starts! Festival with lipedema? As? Here you can find outfit inspirations that have been festival-proven. I just want to give you a few ideas of what to wear. Because as a woman you always have the same problem: What do I pack?
As you probably know, I do not suffer from lipedema. I have no experience with the pain. Still, I always wear black tights with skirts and dresses H&M. So you can at least imagine from the outfit what it would look like with compression. 🙂
The journey - let's go!
It is often important to arrive early in order to get a reasonably comfortable campsite and parking space. At Rock am Ring, for example, you can buy an early arrival ticket for Wednesday. In the past, you could go to the tent sites on Mondays (those were the days!). Don't miss a day of camping life. You experience so much, every second is worth more gold. What are some great stories from the past few years ... Which is your funniest or bizarre story?
This year, for example, we are already going on the night from Tuesday to Wednesday. We will probably leave on Monday morning. Make sure that you are not more than 2 people in one car, unless it is a station wagon or similar. It gets really tight when you want to accommodate all the utensils. Then rather drive distributed. By the day of departure at the latest, everything is no longer neatly tidied up and the game of Tetris on the car begins. In the end you have to leave something on site, that would be annoying.
Festival with lipedema - the outfit inspirations
The outfit is perfect for a relaxed journey - the cardigan made of lace is airy when setting up the tents is a little strenuous and also perfectly covers stronger arms. Compressions can be worn under the black pants!

When it's warm and nothing helps ... how about a maxi skirt? Including the compression and it is already airier! Under the maxi skirt, you can super exciting top, e.g. B. wear with lace. I combined a knitted cardigan over it. With or without arms, just as you like! Not in the mood for make-up? No problem! Sunglasses on and lipstick on, that's all you need. And if your hair doesn't sit well: a headband enhances the worst festival bad hair day!

Here are a few details of festival must-haves: You can see bags with fringes everywhere! The camouflage pattern is always in vogue and then with an original Bundeswehr rain jacket! Or how about great bangles or bracelets? The more the better is the motto here!

Hello Pia, I ended up here because I was looking for tips on the internet on how to keep and maintain your compression clean on hiking / trekking tips lasting several days.
Unfortunately, I can't find anything about it 🙁 How can you wash your socks, for example when you stay overnight on a trekking site without running water?
How can you dry them gently without risking damage - or conversely, condensation water makes the tent damp from the inside?
How did you do that at the festival?
Perhaps a few outdoor compression wearers are reading along and have tips or experience 🙂

Thanks for your contribution. I'm going to a campsite next week. I hadn't thought about it at all.
I'll take a bowl with me or wash them in the shower. How many days is it with you? Without any water? I don't know anything about that either. You might end up without washing if you just put them on for more than a day. In the beginning, I often did that because I only had one pair - if I needed the same color for my outfit the next day.

Me again. I also think that the problem is not washing, but drying. I think better to wear it more often than not at all. I don't know how bad it is for you. Have already bridged an afternoon and evening with two pairs of Rossmann support stockings on top of each other. Looked great u went too.
