Many try to tackle lipedema by eating a healthy diet. Lip fat is diet resistant, but we are not completely made up of this disease. This means that we also have healthy cells that we can definitely minimize.

Since the start of the day is a really important topic and breakfast is one of the most important meals (for me), I have prepared three popular and quick breakfast ideas for you. You can easily prepare this the day before.

Breakfast # 1: Over Night Oats

You will already know many of them, but they are really a classic that is worthwhile, tasty, healthy and filling.

For this you need:

Base: 50g oat flakes, 100g yogurt, 100ml milk, 1 teaspoon honey
optional: Nuts, chia seeds, fruits, baking cocoa

And now everything is simply mixed together and put in the refrigerator overnight. I recommend the hearty oatmeal. The next morning you can enjoy your oatmeal breakfast. Without any stress!

Breakfast # 2: apple pie

I love cakes for breakfast. Even better if it doesn't consist of many ingredients and hardly contains any sugar. Perfect.

For this you need for a normal springform pan:
2 apple
200g oatmeal
100-150 ml of water
8 eggs

You cut the apples into small pieces or grind them very finely, of course core them first. I always leave the bowl on. Now you simply mix all the ingredients with the apple pieces - if you like it sweet, you can add 1–2 tablespoons of honey or a ripe, crushed banana. You give the whole thing in your form and let it bake at 200 ° for about 30 minutes. So delicious! For me there is ¼ of the cake for breakfast.

Breakfast # 3: Hearty egg muffins

Muffins for breakfast? Yes why not! They are easy to prepare and taste wonderful if you like it hearty for breakfast.

For this you need:

4 eggs
100g oatmeal
75g diced ham
1 peppers
½ leek
some water

Cut the paprika and leek into small pieces, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put them in the oven at 200 ° for 40 minutes. Damn it, the parts are good! There will be six large muffins, three of which are a meal.

All three meals have around 400 kcal.
