there we are for a new edition of the Full Day of Eating. I hope you are ready to cook.
Pudding Oats (oatmeal): You need for 2 servings - 100 g of oat flakes, 1 sachet of pudding powder (taste of your choice), 250 ml of milk, 250 ml of water, sweetener or other sweetener, raspberries. You prepare the pudding powder according to the instructions on the package, but take only 500 ml instead of 250 ml of milk and replace the rest with water and sweeten with sweetener. When the pudding has its finished consistency, simply add the oatmeal and stir everything in well. Now divide the whole thing into 2 bowls and give raspberries (or any other fruit you like) over them. I like this breakfast so much - you can also prepare it in the evening and then put it in the fridge. It can also be transported in a suitable Tupperware box.
Carrot and Potato Soup: For 1 serving you need - 200 g carrots, 200 g potatoes, onions, garlic, 100 g low-fat cream cheese 0,1% fat, about 500 ml vegetable broth. Peel / chop the carrots, onions and potatoes and sauté fat-free in a saucepan with the garlic. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add salt and pepper. I only add enough liquid until my vegetables are lightly covered. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and puree properly.
Dinner and breakfast
Rice with Chicken Tomato Sauce: What you need for 2 people - 120 g dry rice, 3 peppers, 1 leek, 200 g chicken, 400 ml tomato sauce, onion and garlic. You cook the rice in salted water as usual. Cut the vegetables and meat into small pieces and fry them together in a pan without fat. Deglaze with the tomatoes and add spices as desired. Now another 10 min. Let simmer on a low flame.
Carrot sticks and 1 apple
Drinking a lot (!) Is essential.
