I always enjoy Christmas very much because I look forward to being with the family over delicious meals and unwrapping funny or warm gifts. For example, it can happen with us that you get a DVD for the second time because you haven't watched it in the previous year. This Christmas is also something special for us because it is our first as a host and, above all, the first in our house. Of course we're terribly excited about that. First of all, what do I wear?
Cherry red - love at first sight
The compression stocking mediven 550 from average in cherry with the mediven mondi esprit im Timeless Pattern on the arms hit me in the heart immediately. The color is so beautifully rich and due to the great tinting, it is not an aggressive red, but a very warm, soft shade. But what is the best way to combine it with? So many ideas for color combinations came to my mind and I only had to choose one. Blue? Berry? Or is it anthracite? When I'm looking for outfit inspiration, I like to go to the shops and wander the aisles a little. And there it was! This shift dress was festive, not too chic, had a tweed look, but had a lot of stretch - I had to have it.
Open shoes with tights?
Yes of course! Like everything in fashion, it's a matter of taste. But I've decided for myself that I want to take this freedom to wear open-toe shoes with stockings as well. The fashion world sometimes even makes this a trend, so this break can't be that bad. Ran with the pumps and my beloved Birkenstock! And above all “Bring on freedom!” Anything that pleases and is fun is allowed. And this mantra doesn't stop with colors, but extends far beyond all boundaries. Wear what makes you feel good throughout the day - even at Christmas.
Have fun shopping!

Hi
That looks more than just great! You look great !!!
I hope that in a few days / weeks / months / years I will have a similar attitude.
For me the diagnosis is very fresh and I don't quite understand it yet. After all, I'm just the fat one who always eats too much because it's hard to believe that the compression and the lymphatic drainage should help… That it is not the wrong diet and that I am not just simply incapable.
I was measured today for fine knit compression tights I hope it won't take too long….
I will follow your blog and look forward to your next posts! !!
Hello Maddy!
I am really happy that you ended up with us! Click your way through a little, we also have some articles on nutrition and weight loss. I know exactly what you mean and you are not alone!
Best regards,
Caroline
That looks really great! Do you always have to wear the gloves? And in the picture you can see leggings and stockings without a constriction on the leg. Is that due to the thin fabric of the Medi?
Oh, I fell in love with Dösel! These are arm warmers and not leggings!

Ute LP
Hihi hello Ute,
no problem. 🙂 I wear pantyhose and arm socks with gloves. I need the gloves, because otherwise my hands will run too tight 🙁
Best regards,
Caroline
Caroline, you look so good! I totally envy you the shape of your legs ... you have such beautifully defined legs, that looks really great in a dress!
Unfortunately, my lower legs are a bit too "blunt" for short dresses like this: /
Nice outfit! According to my taste. In winter I don't do without warm tights either. I have wool tights in several colors and patterns.
