Today I would like to introduce a quick and totally delicious recipe - the Maultaschen pan. This is not the top low-calorie recipe, but if you don't overdo it with the amount, it offers a "healthy" alternative to the well-known classic.

For this you need the following ingredients
- 1 pack of dumplings
- 1 leek
- 2 peppers
- 200 g champions
- 250 g Schmand
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
- 100 ml water
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- 1/2 bunch of chives
- Salt and pepper
The preparation is very easy
Clean the mushrooms and cut in half. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the leek and chives and cut into slices. When all the vegetables have been cut, fry the Maultaschen in hot oil (I've already used ready-made ones for the pan. If you just get other vegetables, just cook them according to the instructions on the packet, then cut and fry them). When the dumplings are golden brown all around, remove them from the pan and fry the vegetables with the mushrooms in the frying fat. Now add the Maultaschen again and add the water. Bring everything to the boil briefly and then stir in the vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes. Finally add the sour cream and distribute the chives on the dish to garnish. If you want to save calories, you can omit these and just use a little more water and vegetable stock. Cream cheese would also be an alternative.

I wish you a good appetite.
So easy and so delicious 🙂
Thanks for the recipe.
