My light cheesecake

Who does not know that: there is a visit coming and you want to conjure up something delicious. But it shouldn't be too rich and still taste good. I have something for you guys.

I was recently invited to coffee with my company mum and she baked this delicious cheesecake for it. Of course, I got the recipe right away.

Ingredients for about 6 people

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. In a second bowl, stir the egg yolks with the low-fat quark until frothy and work in the remaining ingredients. Better to hold back when sweetening and always add something if necessary. Finally fold in the egg white and fill the dough into a round spring form or silicone form. Bake the cake at 160 ° C for about 50 minutes.
