A salad couldn't be easier and tastier isn't that easy either. Because I discovered the perfect spinach salad and I hereby confess that I did not share it. I think I even growled at my cat when it got too close to my bowl.
for more than one Caroline:
- 250g spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- 4 EL oil
- 2 EL honey
- 4 tbsp lemon
- 4 tablespoon water
Preparation of the spinach salad
Roughly chop the hazelnuts and roast them in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Do not let the pan get too hot, otherwise the nuts will simmer. Don't want to.
Wash the spinach leaves and put it beautifully, just as God created it, in the bowl with it. Unless there are a few sad leaves. The wollnwa aunnich.
Don't forget the nuts during these steps! Better take a quick look.
Mix the oil, water, salt, pepper, honey and lemon with an energetic wrist, or as I do with an energetic gear Kenwood Cooking Chef, and drizzle the dressing with the now perfectly roasted, fragrant hazelnuts (we leave out the cinderella) over the salad.
