Trend colors autumn / winter 2016/2017

As colorful as autumn is in nature, it is also colorful again this year in fashion. The trend colors for autumn / winter 2016/2017 are as different as they are beautiful that there is something for everyone and we can look forward to being all women again and to playing with the many color combinations.

Berry tones

There you are, my all-time favorite colors! Berry tones! And they provide a great color highlight - whether as a skirt, coat or blouse. It becomes particularly beautiful when you combine different berry tones. Or you can wear it classically with black, cream or old pink. Also @medi has joined the trend and offers compressions in cherry red.

Creamy white

Chic, chic, creamy white! This color is the top favorite in the autumn / winter trends 2016/2017 and is best worn in an all-over look. But if you still want to add a splash of color, you can add color accents to the accessories e.g. B. Scarf, bag or shoes in the trendy color Bordeaux! Cream white can be combined with any color.

Definitely noticeable? No problem with orange as an eye-catcher! The color goes well with black, kaki, dark blue or cream tones. Similar nuances such as curry, mandarin or peach are also part of the color palette.

Not only spring is green, autumn and winter also show themselves in all the green nuances that can be found. No matter if moss green, olive green or grass green. Here you take what you like. Green tones go great with black, white, beige or gray and bordeaux red. Accessories in orange, yellow or pink give the look a perfect highlight and that certain WOW effect. The moss green compression of @medi is a great companion for this trend.

Red should not be missing in this autumn / winter 2016/2017 and that in all its nuances and shades. Something can be liked here, whether as a gaudy eye-catcher such as a skirt, sweater, cape or as a striking accessory in lacquer or metallic optics. Red looks particularly elegant in combination with creamy white, black or nude. Those who dare can make a mega appearance with red.

Baby blue

Pastel tones are also an indispensable part of autumn / winter 2016/2017, but baby blue in particular has its big appearance and is an all-time favorite. Baby blue looks particularly chic in combination with black or dark blue. Baby blue doesn't look so innocent with leather either and makes the night out outfit a highlight.

Where baby is blue, pink should not be missing. Even pink in its delicate nuances made it into the autumn / winter trends 2016/2017 and conjures up a lovely smile on our faces. Those who are particularly brave can wear the color in an all-over look or combine it with strong black. Gray and creamy white also make pink look less cute and conjure up a chic, elegant look. Especially as a skirt, sweater or trousers, pink is a nice brightener in the dreary season.

Yes, Barbie Pink is back and makes the delicate pink look pretty old and really pops into autumn / winter 2016/2017. Whether used as a highlight for an accessory or in an all-over look, pink makes the world shine and of course us too. Pink looks particularly beautiful with black or shades of gray. Brave ones also combine pink with dark blue or olive green. @medi offers compressions in bright magenta in the current collection and thus plenty of scope for those who like to experiment.

When the sun doesn't shine as much as it does in summer, we'll get you into our closet and shop for lots of yellow nuances. Whether as bright yellow or delicate lime yellow - everything that pleases is allowed here too. A bright yellow goes particularly well with classic blue jeans or in delicate tones with gray. Of course, black is always possible and provides the necessary contrast to a cool, casual look.

I'm Michaela and I come from beautiful Hessen (Central Hesse). I am fashion at lipedema because a good idea has become reality! Caroline is a very good friend of mine and I have seen her illness first hand, so to speak, since the beginning of our friendship. Through this I learned and experienced a lot about the disease and its suffering that it brings with it. Of course, their pitfalls too, especially when it comes to fashion. Every woman should feel beautiful and desirable, even with the diagnosis of lipedema or other ailments that a woman has. In this regard, I am at Caroline’s side with words and deeds, and together we’re looking for beautiful, fashionable variants that will give your own outfit that certain something despite compression garments. So it happens that I support the blog in terms of fashion, lifestyle, nutrition and sport, even without having lipedema myself. Because everyone should feel comfortable in their body.

  • Good morning,
the fashion presented here is great, beautiful colors. What bothers me is that this fashion
are presented by models with an inactive figure (slim and slim) and not by
affected girls who also have problems with the pounds.
    A pity ………

    • Hello and nice that you found us 🙂

Thank you very much for your honest words and I can understand your frustration very well!
Indeed, unfortunately, it is really not easy to find product images from “affordable” labels that value the use of a variety of model sizes. In the regular collections with size 34/36 this is not always easy for the normal average figure. Therefore, we can only provide inspiration here with which you can then go out in your head and find the right one for you. We could write a shopping list here, but we wouldn't be able to do everyone justice. So it only remains for us to make recommendations and work out trends and colors using examples.

Just let yourself be inspired by the great trend colors and the pictures and put them into action, if you like, for your taste and style.
